How do I order?

Ordering from alwaysreason.com is easy. See something you want? Choose your size and add it to your shopping bag by clicking the “add to shopping bag” button. Your shopping bag can hold an unlimited number of items. Click on “view bag” to review its contents and remove items at any time. When you’re finished shopping, click on the “checkout” button, where you will fill out your billing and shipping information.

Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 20 days of delivery for an exchange gift card or refund-depending on the reason for returning (This doesn't include sale items as they are final sale).
• Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
• For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for Accessories.
• All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
• We process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items, and within 4 business days for International returns. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
• Please email Lexi@Alwaysreason.net if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.
• If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made then this is non-refundable.
• Customers shopping from outside of The United States are required to pay for their return shipping costs.

How can I pay?

Always Reason accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. All payments are made through PayPal, so you don’t have to worry about submitting you credit card number over the Internet. When you place an order with Always Reason the funds are reserved for us we don’t actually take the money until your order has been shipped. To place an order using a gift card, gift certificate or a store credit, you will need to email us at michele@alwaysreason.com and ask to place a handwritten order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Alwaysreason.com will make every attempt to ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. The length of time the order takes to get to you once it has been shipped depends on the shipping option you choose.

How do I wash my items?

Since we have several different manufacturers, every garment is different. So please refer to you items Care Label.
